"So you were abused, I take it" Wulfric concluded, noticing her suddenly fogged mind. "That should've taught you a lesson. Unfortunately, it was the wrong one." As he spoke, the vampire unsheathed his sword, its umbrella sheathe hitting the floor with a thud. "Your suffering is wrong. The suffering of your victims is wrong as well. But guess what. The wrongness of an act or experience is not written in the stars." Saying this, Wulfric gazed upwards, at the inspiring flickers, cold and unafraid. "The universe is neither moral or immoral, right nor wrong. It is entirely uncaring. We the living are the only ones who can decide what is right and what is wrong." And then, with a smile: "And if I don't have the right to kill to prevent future loss of life, you sure as hell don't have a right to kill out of bloodlust!"
Wulfric lounged on the final syllable, attempting to impale the girl in her right arm without severing it or killing her.
