I don't think it'd be a good idea right now. Before, in the other previous series, the Sol being destroyed was a minor blow to industry, and a major blow to moral. Now, in this one, you'd lose a significant portion of your production and industry, as well as scientific development and population. Losing Sol System now would be equal to having a third or more of my planets slapped out of the Valkian home system- it'd be disastrous, and leave you very, very vulnerable.

Unless you want Duck to easily win and curbstomp you, then go right ahead. It's not like Duck is being subte about being evil and trying to kill and/or attack anyone that's not already with him.
