60ft base move speed
+2 to int and Run bonus feat from Fleet Footed
Improved Initiative bonus feat from Quick Reactions
Weapon Finesse bonus feat from Nimble Attacks
Flexible Bonus Feat for an extra bonus feat
I get to glide because of gliding wings

If that's too much to have at 1st level, then i can stagger the the feats and stuff for some amount of levels
