[/quote] with the drops I meant like, how do you control the amount of drops cause no game ever had an 100% drop rate and people can drop like whatever they want if they get the chance so... no I know something better then Delsin rowe, infamous second son however the tweeks in this case are: he starts with cole his powers and later on gain other powers not included in either game (however they will and must follow the games systems (though with a little tweek here and there) for example (only taking the powers effects now) X- trusters and jumping power O- dash (even cole powers will get a dash) square- melee triangle (free)- other actions as subdue target or interact triangle (with aiming L2)- missle type touchpad- drain R2- shoot basic R1- Blast R3- defence power L2- aim L1- ability L3- .... I forgot XD +pad: up- persision (IF able (not all elements have this) down- karma bomb/ special power right- throw grenade due to infamous2 having had the ability to choose from various powers for one button, character can choose between 3 missiles, 3 grenades and 3 abilities at the power screen (in play this would mean like meditation or something I guess) all 3 can be unlocked but only one can be used for each or the 3 types also I noticed some powers come with passive abilities, so each element will have that as well dont worry I will make sure he is not too powerful (outside the matter of having to pretty much absorb enough of the element he is using as it runs out) and I will first bring up a list of all powers he can learn in due time of each element I also will keep a karma ranking due to certain upgrades are only able to be used when the required karma rank has been reached and he will start with pretty much only the basic powers (meaning: melee(not a power but it is enhanced to a degree with an element, nothing interesting though), basic shoot, subdue (good karma interaction), aim (not a power), dash. also both Cole and Delsin are pretty much free climbers or city climbers or how ever you call it should likely mention that a condiut can pretty much fall from great heights and survive with no scratches and increased healing (nothing to much though) any other thing can still kill a conduit
