Shall be a very interesting experience. Okay so since testing is completed here's basically what I think of the recruits and I am aware I'm probably going to be repeating some stuff that was in their file but I want to hear what everyone else thinks before I post an official board, which is subject to constant change:
Iowa is just way too angry. Clearly he's good at what he does, and tested well but certain emotional triggers cause him to blatantly disregard orders. Means he's risky.

Penn probably came in closest to actually completing his mission and they probably wouldn't mind that he decided to kill himself to do it rather than risk capture. Personally he's probably my pick for leader.

Carolina would, logically, be the pick for leader of the team. But some of his personality aspects, I feel would compel them to not do that, such as his ability to analyse things so accurately, they'd want to keep him in a position where they felt like they could control him, so even though he would have scored high on the board I think I'd like to put him down the bottom.

South would be fairly low, in my opinion. Her mental skills are top of the range, but her field skills are lacking and her inability to kill other people means she wouldn't be ranked too high.

North's calm reaction to failure and above average scores would also put him high up there, but because of his unwillingness to risk team lives I don't think he'd be leader material.
