Finnos watched his brother go, and from the expression on his then human-like face, knew that he had possible enraged him at his accusation. Finnos sighed loudly, like an animal whining with hopelessness. He should've known it wasn't him, he was so rash to accuse him and didn't even consider asking him where he found it or saw what happened. Finnos stared down at this corrupted bird. It tried to fly away, sensing his anger at its very existence, but found itself unable to move. It looked at him with black, beady eyes. Finnos had it under his control. Finnos finally addressed it after they stared at each other for so long. It, wondering if it would survive, him, wondering what to do with it. "Who did this to you?" Finnos glared, his arms crossing. He looked like a disappointed parent about to discipline a child. "Know I not." it cawed in reply, shifting its weight. It ruffled its dark feathers. "You did not see?" "Saw I nothing but black." "Hmm." Finnos paced on the riverside. "You killed one of your kind." "That I did." The dark bird looked up at him, emotionless. "No choice had I. Hungry was I." "We had created for you plently of berries and fruits to feed upon." Finnos narrowed his eyes, pausing in thought. "Why do you eat your kind?" The bird seemed to visibly hesitate. "K-know I not.." Finnos studied the creature, understanding that it was not of its own accord to have commited a horrendous act. "I will let you live." The boy said curtly, plopping his bare rear on the rivershore. He scooped the immobile creature to his chest and stroked its glossy feathers. Finnos shaped it so it would no longer look so horrifying, but only a sleek black bird of odd size and unintended malignant mannerisms. "What will you call yourself?" "Crow." "Crow." Finnos let the one-syllable word roll off his tongue. "Okay. However Crow.. you must be punished for this first murder." Crow replied only with silence, looking at the river beside them both. "You are to be despised, an omen of badness. You will be cursed in all your days as a consumer of carrion-- the dead flesh of beast and man alike. You will feast upon all the disgusting and rotten fleshy-parts. No life will you take again for a meal. A scavenger you will be. Go." The bird emitted an incredulous caw as it was released, and took to the sky before disappearing from sight. He stared at the riverside, now remembering he had new humans to take care of. Though alive, the trance -like state imposed by Finnos was still on them. As he was rousing them and teleporting them to their locations where they would create nations, his sister, which he had modeled all felines from, Spatium, appeared. He listened to her words carefully, and her proposition. "Eldest sister, I do not think I wish to bother Father with this." What he spoke was true; Finnos feared the wrath of his Father should Balsis presume he had created the abomination he just altered and cursed. Finnos decided he would amuse his sister, curious as to who did this to his lovely bird. "What is it that you ask of me sister? I would be honored by any request..." - The singular Faenos, having felt being watched, searched for the owner of eyes that regarded her. After a moment or two, It felt the feeling subside, but something else caught Its attention. A lone wolf, staring a a figure she could not make out. It could hear nothing exchanged between the two of them. Dropping on all fours, It crawled toward the two, Its amber eyes peering at them with piqued curiosity. Apparently at that time their "conversation" discontinue, and the wolf was teleported. It stood, leaning behind a tree to shyly look at the entity. It was no animal. The Faenos wondered whether or not it was safe to call out to it, but It was full of fear and did not do so. It should return to Finnos quickly, but felt frozen in awe at the entity. Another God, It supposed, but of what?
