A mage can be used in any way you want, provided he isn't overpowered. 

Anyway, the site is back up, so I will post a basic CS for my character. If time permits, I will add more to it later.

Appearance: Like all dracons, Pomona has a snout, a tail, fangs, two horns, a tail, clawed hands and feet (three toes and a spur on each foot, three fingers and a thumb per hand), and no wings. Her skin is soft, and pale on her belly, palms, soles, and underside. 

Skills: Close combat, climbing, lockpicking, acrobatics/gymnastics, dancing. She prefers to dodge over use of armor. 

Background: Although she is classed as a rogue, Pomona isn't actually a criminal. Her brother, on the other hand, is. He taught her how to pick locks and how to fight with a dagger. Pomona's actual background is a dancer at a tavern back in her homeland. Tired of the dead-end job, she has joined the adventuring party, seeking treasure and excitement.
