Valerion had only been searching for some game for a couple of minutes before he found it, unfortunately for Valerion it wasn't his favourite; Deer. But elk instead. It'd have to do as elk was somewhat close to deer in taste, but it was a lot tougher and the texture was sub-standard. Alas, he thought. A good sized elk would keep everyone's bellies full and them all happy for a good couple of days. The beast would normally be perturbed by a live person, likely either walking off or standing guard, it's majestic horns held high to intimidate would be aggressors. But Valerion wasn't alive and the elk couldn't place what was walking towards it. The scraping steel against hard leather, however was a sound it recognised, evidently being a survivor of past aggressors, too late was it's reaction though as the blade bit deep into the creatures skull. The one part Valerion could miss out on when it came to eating it. Valerion now had the job of taking the, now dead, Elk back to camp. So he quickly summoned 3 skeleton minions, the very same ones he had used in the past, notably his time in the Jerall mountains, they were useful and the bones were clean. Making sure the meat wouldn't be tainted in anyway. The trip back to the camp was slow but it wasn't taking him very long. The campfire would be visible through the trees shortly. However, a commotion appeared to be occurring in the distance. A distinct challenge came from the camp, and then shortly afterwards a burst of light occurred making a figure clad in furs visible, running away from the camp, bow in hand. Valerion quickly made his way in front of the assailants path, sword drawn he stood firm in front of the, now visibly pale elf that had, what appeared to be dried mud or charcoal smeared on her face. It was cracked and many areas displayed an almost snow white skin beneath it. The elf had stopped running and stood in front of Valerion, ready for either combat or submission. "Drop the bow and get on your knees." Valerion said in a low menacing voice.
