What do you guys mean afternoon? It's only nearly midday and way too early at that. 

(my sleep is so out of whack. I go to bed way after midnight, and only wake up just before midday.)

As for fog, nope, nope, nill, nicht. same for snow, sadly. except once when it snowed in the middle of summer four about five minutes, and then it melted promptly. I hate hot weather. OK so why am I telling you this? I have no idea.
