Manipulation of cold. Easy. Ice, snow, cooling Pepsi without watering it down with ice cubes, etc. You've seen it before.

From training and fighting every day. He can Iceman-acrobat-style his way around mid-battle.

   [b]- Ice Golem[/b]
He coats himself in ice to become basically a giant ice monster. He uses this often to take down the big bruiser-type villains. Similar in size to the Hulk, discounting some icy protrusions on his back.

Weaknesses:

  [b] - Heat[/b]

It doesn't weaken him directly, but he is prone to losing focus and developing migraines in higher temperatures.

   [b]- Unstable Molecules[/b]

To put it briefly, his body is continuously freezing itself. He needs to inject himself with a specially-made WayneBiotech-provided serum every 48 hours to stop the process. After 48 hours, the effects become more and more severe over time. Starting out as feeling unbearably cold after an extra day, to a sick feeling similar to starvation after a two or three days, losing his powers entirely (but temporarily) on roughly the fourth, and probable death after the full week.

  [b] - Chronic Insomnia[/b]

Speaks for itself. Medical condition. Has a hammock in the corner of his room to help during sleepless nights.

He stands about 5'8", weighs about 165 lbs, and he's built pretty well (given his gymnastic and combat training). His hair is dark brown medium length, and pushed out of his face in both sides (curtains, really). His face is angular and his eyes are a light blue. He's surprisingly pale, as a result of his powers, but doesn't look unhealthy.
He'd be considered handsome, if you didn't mind the pale skin.

Off-duty, he dresses extremely casually, wearing various combinations of whatever he finds in his closet.

On-duty, he wears a white full-body compression suit, his mask, and a black hoodie. The sleeves are ripped off the hoodie. He also has a black suit for stealthier missions. Black ice. Hah. Hahah. I'm not funny.

[b]Brief Bio:[/b]
Long story short: he gets hit by a stray blast from Mr. Freeze's new prototype freeze gun. He's hospitalized for weeks, and wakes up to find himself with his condition. Batman had a serum developed to keep his body regulated, and asked Ice to look after him. Read the long version if you're curious.

He hasn't changed too much personally since the last game.
