Power: Necromancy (That includes Summoning the spirits as just spirits or the physical body. As well as being able to talk to the dead). He can also manipulate spirits to make himself fly.
Bio: Jason was a regular boy until his powers manifested on his 13th birthday. At that point people became afraid of the boy, his own parents tried to take his life out of fear of the 'monster' their son had become, and he had defended himself. This resulted in the death of his parents,  and the boy running from his life. Now he lives among the outcasts, plotted for the chance to destroy those who wronged them. Then reintergrate with the world. The boy hates those who have personally harmed them, but not the rest of the population. The boy is in a watch list by the guards on the bridges. As he is classified as highly dangerous.
