Yeah, but its filling up quick. Smoker allegory is still available and I can probably let other players play the arc villains if people want. Though saying that I dunno how active a marine would be as this is mostly a storyline following a crew that follows the straw hat storyline loosely.

Not in this one due to how the story follows the straw hat line of story prorgession. I'm not sure how a One Piece Open World RP would work due to it mostly being on ships and the like.

Also I might add a rule that people have 36 hours to post if their post is holding up the RP before they are skipped, just so we don't have to wait on a single person. And by skipped I mean I'll take contorl of them and try my best to do what that character would do.
