Powers: Technopath - Mastery and manipulation of technology. He is capable of constructing things with his mind, as well as take control of machines directly.

Equipment: Cybernetic eye, Constructor bracelet that downloads and materializes items for his use, power suit containing multiple weapons and abilities, cloaking device.

Personality: Very analytical, usually kind on the outside. Ruthless and calculating.

History: Almost nothing is known about Mr. Cypher, except that he became CEO almost overnight. His ascent through Helios was rapid, and no one knows how he claimed the top seat. He made the company what it is today, and was also the one who took charge against the "Metahuman Menace".

Appearance: 6'2", chiseled, angular features. One blue (left) and one green eye (right). Lean build with athletic musculature. Usually wears a red jacket with a flared collar, white shirt, some work jeans and boots. Looks anything but a CEO, almost hard to find at first glance.

Other: Not technically my real character, but we need a lead antagonist.
