It wouldn't be anything to do with ice. I had a conversation with a friend about it recently, cause he likes to talk physics when he drinks too much. Basically, when things drop under absolute zero, the energy/entropy properties flip. This char would do things like be able to fly, because negative temperatures cause matter to react in opposition to gravity, be able to fire beams of energy because of high energy, and be able to make things cold.

Also I hate the new formatting. Quoting people is weird now.
