Also pretty sure that would be "carve" rather than "shred" and I'm fairly sure he can't be a cannibal if there's only one of his kind since cannibalism is eating your own kind and Guro is a unique entity and to add to that I don't see what's so stealthy about showing up out of nowhere with no explanation, attacking something, yelling about craving flesh, and then running downstairs to eat some mooks but semantics.
