Absolutely sir, inside the suit, he can lift up to 50 tons, and deliver a blow with extreme force.  Outside the suit... he's more average.  However, his speed outside the suit is actually superhuman, like he could type 300wpm on a computer if he really wants to go at it, also, movement speed is superhuman as well, where most people can run 2mph he can run quadruple that.  His reflexes are cat-like in nature, which lends him to extreme adaptability, which also allows him to use the FEPS to it's maximum potential in combat.

Also, the suit's armor is made of Diamantine alloy. (Diamond-titanium woven nanofiber)
