Teams, huh? I'm more focused on combat roles, so I want to join a team that doesn't have an "in your face shoot stuff kill dudes shrug off damage no big deal" kinda guy. Since I know Prince, I wouldn't mind joining their (his? her?) team, assuming they get accepted. Other than that though, I'm down with joining any team that wants an immature barbarian added to the ranks.
