Bio:Cyrus has always been a prodigy when it came to fire magics and from a young age he trained in his fathers academy for his kings army. At the age of twelve he joined his kings army as a magus and over the course of the next ten years he moved up the ranks as both a tactician and soldier. His constant success did well for his life but not so well for his personality. Due to said victories, Cyrus became quite pompous in his actions. Demanding things and if he couldn't get them killing whoever said no.

As such he ended up put on a special strike team designed for emotionally or mentally unstable pro's.  That has been his job for three years. 

Etc: He uses his gloves as a medium for his power and the chains as whips if need be.
