Just a thought, but as an A-Rank, I doubt Hazel would be allowed to take missions with most of the other characters given they're all E or D (only know of Rian even then) ranks. 

Can't imagine the school would let her waste her skill with such easy missions/take away opportunity for those of an appropriate rack to gain experience.
