Make it a really really powerful nuke. yeah the Tradehouse and stuff would be gone, but wouldn't be enough to destroy a planet or a moon or anything. 

One of those things that's insanely expensive to do.

Anyone read Raymond L. Weil? The really hard-hitter missiles in that are 100-megaton warhead range, with the less so being 50- and 20-megaton. 

And what's with Titan popping? I looked back over stuff, couldn't find anything about Titan. If it's a problem, i can edit my app- it's yet to be set in stone.
