Ryu didn't move as Angelo charged him, as he knew that a needle user would never charge at someone from the front. His assumption was soon proven correct as Angelo jumped over him, attempting to paralyze him with the needles. With honed reflexes, Ryu parried all of the needles with his bone blade, then made a slashing motion with his sword towards, which had gained a light blue hue.

"Wind Style: Gale-Cut jutsu" He spoke the name of his jutsu calmly as a blade of wind rocketed towards Angelo, creating a miniature dust storm behind it.
