20 would be a good minimum for now, we could always gain more players as the game progresses.

Oh, and yes, if someone is selected to be traitor, all of their characters are traitors. Remember that duo rule I had, if that certain player is chosen to be a traitor, their duo has to be both traitors. They will be executed at the same time if voted out.
