Hmm... I wonder if I should reuse on of my characters that I created for another RWBY RP or recreate a Psychopath Painter called Hymn... Hmm...

I can't exactly use the color blue since someone most likely took it, nor can I possibly use the crescent moon with a blue rose.Considering all the other factors, time to remark a Psychopath Painter guy!... Once I'm no longer tired.
