It's about Mid Feb. (I think, lol). 

Day and night are kind of subjective. It isn't really that big of a deal unless you're involved in a crossover with someone else. 

Little Ulster is still enjoying it's recent "Urban Renewal," though, I have it on good authority that certain criminal elements are interested in returning things to the way they were.
