Urban Legend in Limbo artwork. Subterranean Animism sprites. Hopeless Masquerade sprites. She's slowly drifting away from it and it's weiiird. Aaand shenanigans break out. I'd think that SE shenanigans should be kept out of this storyline... At least, for a while. Not everyone needs to be fighting, after all.

Huh. She still looked pretty Black-white to me there. ^^; But yeah, Marisa's hardly Shadow Eternity(she'd disapprove of them if she paid any attention). She will cause plenty of shenanigans, though.

Uh... Let me rephrase that. Let's not get the people in this pseudo-subplot area involved in the usual SE 'terrorize everything inside and outside because we're jerks like that' plots, subplots, subterfuge, counterplots, etc;.

... On other matters I think I should attend to, I'm beginning to think that unless Blue shows up again I need to excuse Shadow Eternity leaving the Mushroom Kingdom. It was fine when they had player defense, but one of the things I'm very against in crossovers is "destroy lighthearted universes to show how evil the bad guys are". Since honestly there's plenty of ways to do that without dipping into that territory and I have... bad experiences with people doing that to say the least.

If you can do that then I'm all for it. I didn't quite like that idea either, and only did it because I couldn't find anything else to do.

To be honest, the reason I set up Misaka in Macross is because that world could quite reasonably defend itself from whatever the Shadow Eternity could throw at it. I mean, they're not Gunbuster OP, but they're decently advanced. And they have the power of song!

I think I'll point out that Shadow Eternity's current attacks on a UMMA ship and Yggdrasil are weird and uncommon, this isn't something that happens normally and we won't be seeing it too much with the exception of important, major events. In fact, there's a reason that they're using teleportation to get on the Tanngrisnir, and it's because the ship would trash most of theirs if they tried regular boarding. As for Yggdrasil, well, it was not easy for them to get on there at all. Also Suwako's comment is going to be hilarious when we find out what's actually down there. Not that it's wrong, the power being radiated is pretty oppressive, but I think it'll be a break from the weird creepiness of that particular scene and also some non-fighty plot. <.< >.>
