Oh man, don't get me started. Elder Scrolls lore is my (not-so) guilty pleasure. I almost created a character that would have been alive during the period of the Tribunal, possibly a Bouyant Armiger, who struggles with his traumatic memories of Ash Vampires and the Blight, concurrently dealing with a sense of twisted identity when confronted with the truth that the Tribunal were false prophets, pressured into conforming to the ideals of the New Temple and quietly resenting the Nerevarine for upsetting everything and destroying what he stood for (since you could argue that the Nerevarine is essentially responsible for the disappearance of the Tribunal, which caused Baar Dau to fall). 

But I thought that was a bit much.
