Alright, I've re-done the plot. 

Please note, it is a very rough draft. I'm working on it now, to make it look less spastic, and to tidy up the edges. Arguably the same thing.

Anywho, what's there, omitting the level of quality, is ultimately the premise of the RP now. We're changing the walking dead for a... Last of Us, I guess? Style of zombie-crettins, with a few twists. 

I'll keep working on this for a couple more hours, over which I hope to have addressed these issues:

What the infected are etc

What state the world, and humanity, is in. 

What kind of technology and resources we can expect to be available. 

Now, I always wanted this to be as freeform as possible, because restrictions frustrate the hell out of me - especially when many of them are included the small print. Therefore, I do not want to impose too many "you can't have that"'s on people. We'll play it all by ear, and should I feel someone's submission is a bit crazy, then I'll say so and we can resolve it then.
