It seems Video Gadgeteer is getting even with Draconic Studios over [i]Fractalspace[/i]. Inside reports say a cease-and-desist has been sent to Draconic Studios, telling them that [i]Ojada, the Monster Summoner[/i] is a violation of their copyright on [i]Eccojari[/i]. Will the charges stick? We shall see.

In the meantime, Video Gadgeteer has issued a statement. "While we appreciate them choosing to release [i]Ojada[/i] on our console, we feel it is too similar to our own IP, and combined with being on our platform, we believe we have precedent to press changes if they do not halt production and sales of the game."
