Luna chuckled when he started to mumble things that sounded like science. But the chuckle was a soft one that only she could hear it. She never knew he was a science geek which made her smile. But her cheeks turn red like a cherry when she heard the outburst. She had to repeat it in her head a bit to understand it all in a sentence. 

She got up off her chair and looked at him closely to check if he was lying to her at all. But by the way the outburst went, what he said was true. Then she searched deep into her heart and brain for what she could say or the way she felt. 

Then she said softly almost like a mumble, "Maybe I like you too......", before she could say anything else. The nurse walked in looking at them both, "What's going on?"
