Desmond looked over at the nurse. "We were just talking." He says, any trace of embarrassment somehow suppressed for now, composed in mere moments. He made his way out of the room, but turned and did a little wave in Luna's direction. "Talk to you later..." He said before walking back to his own room. Once there he went over to the floor and sat down again, the shadow figures reappearing.

See, that wasn't so bad! And she likes you back too!

The events came running through his head on repeat for a while before he smiled lightly to himself. "Heh... Maybe she does..." He turned to the dark people and nodded. "Thanks..."

Don't thank us. We got you into this predicament in the first place. We'll find a way to make it up to you.

"Nah, nah..." He sat back and looked at the cieling, smiling quite widely to himself now. "Nah, that wasn't a predicament. That was a very interesting turn of events..."

You aren't mad at us?

"Not anymore. But next time you try something like that, ask me first!" He snaps at them. They raise their hands in mock surrender.

Fine fine fine. Whatever.
