Man: Actually, I think they also know frost breath.  I'll have to attack them to be sure, though.  But yeah, he wasn't going to learn to shout, as he doesn't have years to study.  Learning their language so he can read word walls and the ruins, maybe even talk to them, he was going to try, but not learn much until he can learn from Parthanax.  Parthanax could probably teach you much faster than the grey beards could, if only because he knows more about shouts overall, it being his native tongue, and the fact that it isn't a religion to him, but a way of understanding the world.

Also, are you a hunter?  Just read your description of cleaning an animal today, and realized it was highly realistic and detailed.  I helped clean a few animals, but only really do fish on my own.
