"Well, alright." Loki said, yawning. "I'll be there sooner or later."
Loki turned off the TV and went to get changed. He had his clothes ready for this, as well as his throwing knives.
"Say, Ruby." Loki said into the still connected phone. "I was thinking, you know how you said I can get certain things that I want if I'm with Aperture?"
Loki pulled on his shirt and pants, followed by his sweater. He put a few throwing knives into his pockets, as well as chucking his packet of uno cards in there.
"Well, I kinda want a laser sword." He said, not really caring if she was listening.
He pulled on his socks and shoes, also fastening his tie underneath his sweater.
"Wait, hold on. That's stupid." Loki said distractedly.
The final touch, Loki shrugged his coat on. He snuck a few throwing knives into his secret pockets and stuck a few more in his sleeves. He was ready to go.
"I at least kinda want, like, a tranq gun, and a taser for all the people the tranq gun doesn't work on." He said, thinking out loud.
Loki grabbed his keys and went out of his apartment, locking the door behind him.
"I mean, I still kind of want the laser sword, it's just that I don't need it right now." Loki said, as he boarded the elevator.
The elevator descended quickly to the ground floor and deposited Loki in the lobby.
"Hey, Ruby, you still with me?" Loki asked, exiting the apartment quickly. "I kind of need directions. I have no idea where aperture is."
