Ruka nodded at Ulfang's suggestion. "It's settled then." He turned back to pups. "Come with us, little ones." He knew what it was like to be alone at their age and wanted to provide them some comfort. He turned in the direction of the pack's territory. "No pup should have to live alone." He began walking. He looked at his pack members. "Let's go home for now." He said as he continued walking. _____________________________________________________________________ Jenna closed in on the elk before leaping in the air and landing on its back. She dug her claws into the struggling elk's skin. Once she felt it start to weaken, she moved up to the neck before sinking her teeth in. After a bit more struggling, the elk fell limp and was dead. Jenna grabbed her kill by the neck before dragging it back to where her son should be. Jonas had been chasing a butterfly he caught sight of for quite some time. The butterfly landed on a nearby rock. He lowered himself onto his stomach and pounced only to have the critter fly away and leave him with empty paws. He looked at the rock, but the butterfly was gone. He pouted before sitting down. "Butterfly has flown away." He said merely to himself with an expression of disappointment on his face.
