How about we all start thinking of funny interesting situation our characters end up when they were younger? You know getting lost in a thunderstorm, getting chased by a flock of ducks. That special status in the village and such? XP
Or maybe some rumors that each of them could have heard about the other special kids? From the other kids. That can be quite false like always such rumors are.
