Luke stared at the crack in his wife's cryopod as if looking away for more than a second would cause it to shatter into a million pieces. He briefly considered attempting to replace the control panel, but his knowledge was of explosives, not cruise liners, and with the ship's AI seeming a bit insane, he couldn't take the risk yet. His mouth was dry as he finally turned; he needed to get his wife out of that pod, and the only way to do that was to get as much functionality back to the ship as possible. He sighed. "If we be locked in a steady o'bit like I think, ain't no way we gettin' out o 'ere without propulsion to break the gravitational field."
