[/quote] I think addiction is a bit of a strong word, if you are raised on human meat routinely fed to you by your family rather than it becoming an addiction it is more likely that it would become (and this isn't nessesarily better) normal. I am no aware of your character's exact past but human flesh itself doesn't contain any sort of highly addictive chemicals (at least in sufficient quantities to be highly addictive). Raised on human flesh would really only mean that your character wouldn't consider eating it out of the ordinary and once she is exposed to normal society stopping would likely not be all that different from going on a vegetarian diet, you'd experience cravings for it most likely, might fall off the wagon a few times but it shouldn't be anywhere near the level of a drug addiction. It shouldn't look like: "FLESH FLESH, NEED FLESH." Which is sort of the impression that your most recent posts have been giving.
