For Mike, I recommend getting INT 10 and SPI 20 (INT 10 is required for your Divination) and you will also need LUCK and CHA for that skill unless you want to get rid of it. 

For Lucian, I recommend SPI 20 (for your nature powers and just for more MP in general).
