It was never closed. 

Sandbox means it's open to as much as you can with the world. It's more about the players and what they do than anything. No set stories, e just go with the flow. 

People can come in and out as they please.

Though it seems others are not interested, not seeing this as open, or are intimidated by post count. 

If I could edit the thread title, I would add (always open!) though I can't.
