Leaning closer to the right? Didn't you once say you were a NeoCommunist?
I took an online test that branded me as such. I can sympathize with communism and wholeheartedly acknowledge that the system is relatively attractive on paper, but when put into literal practice, the system doesn't work. Human psychology is to blame for its failure, not communism itself.
Fair enough
Are you a liberal? Because you sound like a social justice warrior
LOLOL Please! Dont insult me! I am a Liberal in the most Traditional sense, someone who believes in Eqaulity, Freedom and Progress, none of this Neo-Liberal bullshit. Now dont get me wrong I dislike SJWs as much, or at least nearly as much, as you do because unlike them I can see where real ineqaulity is and it has nothing to do with gender, or at least in the First World it doesn't. And If your curious I am also Pro-Gamergate, Anti-Feminist, Pro-Egalitarian and as far as im concerned the only Patriarchy that exists is that in Religion (for example "The Patriarchate" of the Eastern Orthodox Church) and as long as its not a part of Goverment I really dont give a damm what branch of Desert Folklore you want to believe in. In short, just because I'm part of the Radical Left doesn't mean I'm a SJW
I don't believe in egalitarianism, hierarchy is natural because almost every mammal species does it and it is quite clear that humans had a social order long before the dawn of civilization. I also think democracy is overrated and is idealistic and almost always leads to chaos and fascism. I am pro-government and would rather have a diverse authoritarian or monarchy style government. For me the real reason our politics suck is because we allow emotional bitches rule our political debates and have emotional tantrums when things don't go their way. I hate liberals and view them as the new crusaders because of their idiotic self righteousness, but I also don't like ultra conservatives because of their ridiculous political strategies. In a way I am a supporter of Plato's philosopher kings ruling the state, I believe that the philosophical minded should rule and not the masses, the people are too selfish to run a country. Our politcians act almost no differently than the American people do, hell even what some of the ultra conservatives say is like the censored version of what regular people say when talking about politics. I also hate feminazis with a burning passion

I'm not really big on expressing my political views -- mainly because most of the political bullshit gets on my nerves. However, I did take a Political Compass quiz just to see, according to that site, where I lie on it. This is what it revealed: So, uh, I guess that's it. Dunno what it really means, but yeah. xD

The trouble with the axis quiz is that it thinks the center is at the center. It's not. Axis-wise I'm about as moderate as they come, but ask around here, that's actually kind of radical in practice. And then, besides that, ideologies don't tend to be single points for long. Most people are moving on an unpredictable trajectory. Which is good, I think. Anyway samples and surveys are useful, within their limits. It's just that the limits are sort of restrictive, and we all kind of want the survey to mean more than it really does.

I took the quiz and says I'm on the left side of the political spectrum, which I definitely don't consider myself as. As for my views on religion, I'm not religious but I love religion and view it as one of the biggest influences on our creative culture. I'm a Catholic and proud of it

Click to see political compass I believe in the infinite benefits of free trade, as trade by definition makes both parties better off. I believe welfare should focus on providing rewards instead of handouts, and that more government jobs is a good thing. I believe anti-globalization is the reason India is poor. I believe in the rights of man to do whatever he/she wants, so long as it does not affect the rest of us. That is of course the fundamental problem with politics and democracy. I am an atheist, and believe Abortion is perfectly fine. It is not alive until it comes out. On economics and welfare, I paraphrase Karl Marx "from each his/her ability, to each his/her ability's reflection". Tad wordier, but i believe you reap what you sow. Totally no problem with gay marriage. Doesn't affect you, stay the fuck out.

Seems like that'd be the case until that authoritarian government did something you didn't like.
I don't know-- I feel like a lot of the problem stems from private organizations using the government as tools to wage war on countries that have resources they want. But either way, isn't generalizing a group and calling them 'emotional bitches' just as emotional?
In a way I am a supporter of Plato's philosopher kings ruling the state, I believe that the philosophical minded should rule and not the masses, the people are too selfish to run a country.
Believe it or not, I don't think anything is completely infallible, but I'd rather trust all of us to do what's best for all of us than a single person.

That was me being blunt when I called many of our political personalities emotional bitches. But seriously look at tumblr, the Huffington post and the whole government shutdown and tell me how we don't have a major problem with our country having over emotional children getting the Mic and all of the attention when it comes to politics. One of the biggest problems that democracy has is when people don't compromise

I'm a left-wing Catholic, which means that, as much as possible, I avoid talking about abortion or gay marriage, because my opinion will always be the opposite of whoever I am talking to. It also means that I support immigration, major cuts to the military, and equal rights for all (Marriage is not a right).

I'm okay with gay marriage but I am completely against forcing or shaming churches into doing gay weddings. I also don't like how homosexual domestic abuse is swept under the rug and the face of abuse is a straight male, it pisses me off

I don't believe in egalitarianism, hierarchy is natural because almost every mammal species does it and it is quite clear that humans had a social order long before the dawn of civilization.
Thats because other animals and our ancestors lacked the brainpower to think beyond doing anything else besides clubbing each other over the head to get what we want, and in that scenario it would most likely be food. In our modern society however we, for the most part, are able to come up with alternatives, like sharing.
I also think democracy is overrated and is idealistic and almost always leads to chaos and fascism.
I think that stretches the truth a bit. We have to take into other facotrs like the Economy, the Culture, the History, the Era, and other facotrs within the Society itself. So i think what we should instead be looking at is "What is the best form of Democracy?". Is it One-Party styled? Two-Party styled? Three-Party styled? Multi-Party styled? Constitutional? Republican? Marxist?
I am pro-government and would rather have a diverse authoritarian or monarchy style government.

@Vortex There is two inherent benefits of trade. It makes the buyer better off, and it makes the seller better off. It is really that simple. Do you buy bread if you think bread will make you worse off? Do you sell bread if it makes you worse off? This rule even applies to sweatshops. Do you go into them because you have better opportunities? Does closing them and their purposes create new opportunities?

Oh well now im disappointed! I was expecting a long list with a million or so points! Aye, sure it is good for the seller and makes little difference to the buyer but what about the people whose wages are being cut or outright being sacked in order to outsource the jobs to cut costs? And with the cutting of wages and outsourcing of jobs the Corporations will only get richer and the poor will only get poorer and the middle class becomes a nervous wreck between the two opposites. Closing sweatshops would not create new jobs that is obvious but there should be regulations in place to ensure the protection of workers and their rights so they are no longer sweatshops.
