"In a sense yes, we live long lives and eventually our bodies do die. However our soul returns to the astral sea and eventually we are reborn. Deva though don't fully remember their past lives, but we do get flashes at times. There are also those who learn to summon astral projections of past lives to provide aid in combat or wise council. So we do not fear death, but we do have some worry about losing what we are at the time." Eranah explained, she had met a few Deva, some that were newborns and some that were incredibly powerful by most standards.
