Okay, so I did a bit of investigating, and here's what I found: 

There is indeed a CS posted by Warlord. However, it was never placed in the Character tab and was probably forgotten about as a result. I found this on page 3 of the OOC.

So technically, there is a character here, but it hasn't been accepted and moved to the Character tab as far as I can tell. That's probably how this confusion started. 

Since the character hasn't technically been accepted, though, I think that it would be best if: 
1. We wait for Katherin to see this before responding to anything in the IC. 
2. Warlord moves the CS to the Character tab so we can make sure this doesn't become a problem again.
