Doulein would be the traditional seat of power for Tirna, but given the union between the two it's since turned over to The Warren, the former palatial city of Sorset.

To be honest I haven't had to think about it, and I just got done watching a long-ass (like, four hours long) Chinese movie so I'm trying to keep my naming out the Cao and Jingyu stuff. I'll need to get to writing a post for Precipice to use that.
