As Arran put on the hoodie, it was clear that there was more than just the sticker in the pocket. A brand new metal syringe is capped and closed inside a hidden pocket in the sleeve of the Techneo Nekeo hoodie. It is felt from the inside, but not out. The hoodie is made to hide the drugs in a way that a simple pat down wont suffice to find it. However, who knows what it contains.
