Someone has spray painted ALL of Ortus' HQ that says 'WE ARE WATCHING" perhaps a punk or a criminal? Doesn't matter, it'll take $100k to get the HQ cleaned up to what it used to be. Alternatively you can get your employees to clean it and pay a cheaper price but it's not guranteed that they'll fix the building.
