hm.. as for racial abilities for a half-dragon, one with a humanoid dragon appearance hm..

maybe Flight, Harder Body (the scales makes it harder to hurt him in combat but not impossible), Stronger than normal strength (so could beat some races like humans in physical combat if they didn't train intensely), and maybe breath fire/what ever element that fits his type of dragon.
