Give her new semblance!  I can suggest a few based on her personality...

Postponement -  When active, Nena can completely negate pain and fatigue, but when she deactivates it, she receives all the pain and fatigue she accumulated immediately.

Allure - Nena can force an individual to look at her, and for several seconds, the target cannot turn their attention elsewhere.

Footloose - Temporary imbues another with a trace of her suppressed hyperactive nature, overriding the target's inhibitions.
