Haruki gains the ability to summon forth an enormous wave of green energy that shoots towards his target like a projectile. Though said attack as no effect on humans, it is extremely fatal to demons and demon-kin. Thus, Haruki can use it to wipe out waves of demons without risk of injuring his allies. The blast can also be condensed to increase damage on impact whilst sacrifing area or effect.


Biography: Haruki Susanoo Hinokami was born in Kyoto Japan, the son of the exorcist Eshin Hinokami and his wife Inoue. However, it wasn't until age seven that Haruki began seeing demons. Unfortunately, it wasn't until age eight, after witnessing his father slay a demon first hand, that Hiruki aspired to become an exorcist. In compliance with his son's wishes, Eshin pulled Hiruki out of school and had him placed in an institute for future Exorcists. A feat only allowed due to his father's current rank and stature as a intermediate, first class exorcist. 

During his years within the academy, Haruki begun to show a natural affinity for the art of demon slaying, especially in areas of physical combat. Sadly, it was his lack of knowledge that held Haruki back. Thus, he was forced to spend an additional two years studying for his Exorcist license. It was during this time that he decided to switch focus, and while still practicing the art of swordsmanship, became an expert in incantations and seal casting. It was this odd twist of fate that not only allowed Haruki to finally claim the rank of Exorcist, but also become regarded as one of the most promising students of his era. Having come out of his exams with a final score of ninety eight percent. 

And so, at the age of twenty, Haruki was assigned his first official mission. Though it was intended to be a simple scuffle with a lower classed demons, Haruki was forced into serious combat after being ambushed by an entire squadron of lycanthropes. Although he was eventually victorious, said victory came at the cost of his entire squad. Not three days later, as if in retaliation, Haruki was attacked at home. Unable to protect his mother and avenge his father who was slain by Adramelech, a powerful demon renowned for his control over flame, Haruki was forced to flee. As a result, he swore on the graves of his parents that he would gain the strength to deliver "justice", regardless of the cost to him. It was this vendetta against Adramelech that lead him to obtain what he now calls the " Seal of Samson", a forbidden spell seal which increased one's power at the cost of their soul. 

However, defeating Adramelech was not the crowning achievement of his career. Though it was a Milestone and the cause of his transfer from the True cross academy to the Holy list. Once there, Haruki found himself to be outclassed by the "Knights of the holy order", thus underwent five rigorous years of intensive training. Locking himself in his quarters, which he had converted into a personal training facility, whenever he was not out on an assignment. It was this regime that eventually allowed him to master the art of swordsmanship and be presented with Ascalon, The Dragon Slayer, a holy blade of the sacred knights.

It was Hinokami's efforts during 'The Invasion of Pantheon' that earned him true renown amongst his fellow exorcists. During the invasion, Abraxos, an archangel of ancient times, attacked and slaughtered hundreds of people at the Pantheon. Though he did so as the Demon 'Rahob'. Although the rest of the Holy List were incapable of defeating Rahob, whom seemed immune to their anti-demon attacks, Haruki prevailed. Having first coaxed Abraxos into revealing his true identity as a fallen angel. However he was only able to defeat Abraxos by indefinitely sealing him within a human host whom he then killed using an ancient sacrificial ritual. Effectively sending his soul to Azrael, the angel of death. In his 'final' moments, Abraxos took to cursing "Tyriel", the angelic aspect of justice. Whether this was a reference to Haruki or the angel himself remains unresolved.
 
It was this 'unthinkable' feat that eventually earned him the moniker 'The Nephilim' Which is to this day misinterpreted by new recruits to the order. It was also due to this that Haruki was recommended to be promoted to Arch Knight, something he himself ultimately decided against. Feeling he was not yet ready for such 'true devotion'.  


Misc.Info: Since acquiring the rank of Exorcist, Haruki has learned to enhance his physical capabilities by utilizing a magic seal he had tattooed onto to his right chest. The Seal of Samson. This grants him a combination of super human strength, durability and speed. Though neither his strength nor durability are on par with that of a demon's, his speed is by far his most noticeable enhancement, surpassing even a demon's at full output. However, the limits of his abilities remain publicly unknown. It should be noted that Haruki heavily utilizes seals as a means of storing items 'within himself', as is often seen when he calls upon Ascalon. Usually by uttering the phrase "Form a circle and fly though the heavens. Zirconis".
