At Kalamadea's call we're in Cynosure, a pan-dimensional city that acts as a center of multiversal commerce in its canon. After Ajax beat Ganondorf he was pretty much given the Crucible then everyone was frozen and shunted off back to bluespace, where Dark Samus popped up, snatched the MacGuffin right out of Kalama's hands and bolted, so we were sent to this city since it serves as an access point to different universes without needing the MacGuffin used for interdimensional travel I guess?

It could probably serve as a world of its own but ATM we're just there as an inbetweener until we head to the First Age of Middle Earth. It's also an easy way for Kalamadea to insert a guide character that can actually interact and do things since he isn't a supposedly almighty dragon. We're all basically screwing around in a beach until GMing happens and we're catapulted into Arda. As an aside, all of this information is readily available both in the IC and OOC. You kind of have to read those to keep up with a roleplay.
