@The Patriarch - You've certainly said he's the most tactical minded.  Several times.  You've yet to show it in the RP.  

Like I said earlier Fenrir isn't a natural leader, not for a team like this.  The role of leader is still open to any player who wants it, but they have to RP their character as the ideal leadership candidate.
