"Yeah well then you'll need to convince them why you should go with o the raid. White House will have no trouble sending FBI agents and soldiers to Aperture. But civy Meta's? No. You are going to have to try and swing my bosses on that. Davis and others will be at the video meeting."

Elena paused as she pulled out a cigarette from a pack. "The Raid will be right when the building opens."

In a dark office with widows placed high, the basement level office was secure from bugging and other tampering. Behind the desk was a man in his fifties of African American decent. He got a message on his desktop computer.

The man thought for a minute and replied

The old man sighed, he would not let his association with Taylor bring him down. He built up this agency from nothing and now... it was threatened. Taylor would hopefully die at the hands of those civilian metas. They'd be forbidden from going but he knew that would not stop them.

If luck was on his side Taylor would be dead.
